Brinkman SmokeNPit Modification and Tip on Jimbo Jitsu’s Farm House Show
I have tried dozens of modifications on my Brinkman and have to say there are only 4 pieces of advice I can give. 1 line it with fireplace insert bricks 2 to even out the heat place a few coals at the coldest end 3 make an aluminum foil wind screen to keep strong winds from blowing into the BBQ 4 use lump charcoal and not briquettes you get a lot more heat and it is actually easier to control once you get the hang of it. This is it, I have spent months using this BBQ and these are the best tips I can offer you to save you some grief and make your BBQ experience better. It is a pretty good BBQ that works well as a grill too.

How to convert propane gas BBQ to natural gas line from inside the house?
I have take the unit apart and drilled the orifice hole size to 0.0715″. But the unit doesn’t work correctly. The gas burner now give very little flame and the flame is like a ghost. I can not hardly see the uniqueness of the flame. How would I fix this problem?
